A go-getter by nature, Ershler knew big success meant dreaming big.

Susan and Phil Ershler became the first couple to climb the highest peaks on each of the seven continents together.

Does Susan believe one can learn to be a leader? "If one is performance-driven, passionate about helping others progress, knowledgeable in their field, willing to support their team even during the tough times? They will probably be a pretty good leader," she says.

Susan Ershler had climbed to the top of her sales profession before she ever strapped on crampons. She approaches climbing goals and sales goals the same way: setting them high and keeping them constantly in mind.
